Nicholas W. Lewis was born in Georgetown, South Carolina in 1979 and
educated in the public school system. He attended Francis Marion University
and graduated in 2001. After graduation from Mississippi College School of
Law in 2004, he served as law clerk to the Honorable R. Bryan Harwell in the
United States District Court from 2004 until 2006. Since October 2006, Mr.
Lewis has practiced extensively in the trial courts of South Carolina.
Mr. Lewis holds an AV Preeminent peer-review rating from Martindale-
Hubbell. This award is the highest peer rating standard and is reserved for
attorneys who are ranked at the highest level of professional excellence for
their legal expertise, communication skills, and ethical standards by their
peers.
Mr. Lewis focuses his practice Personal Injury, Auto Accidents, Workers’
Compensation, Medical Malpractice, Criminal Defense, including the State
and Federal Courts, and Family Law.
